FIND BALANCE IN TIMES OF CHANGE

An Exploration Through A Yoga Lens

An Online Workshop - November 9th 6:30pm CST/ 5:30pm MST

Change is inevitable, but how we move through it determines our peace.

Many women view life changes through a lens of fear and strong desire to control or stop change: Body aging, change of employment, kids growing up, parents becoming sick, and loss of loved ones. To find control, we search outside of ourselves for solutions to a goal that is impossible. Change can’t be stopped.

Through the Yogic lens, life changes don’t have to be something to protect yourself from. Instead, these life experiences can be the catalyst to living from a place of compassion, gratitude, and trust - the foundations of a peaceful mind.

In this workshop, we’ll explore the root of change and practical strategies to flow with change according to Yogic philosophy and Ayurvedic principles. Get ready for an entirely new and empowering view on the changes of life.

Through gentle movement, guided reflection, and yogic philosophy, you’ll be led to access the wisdom that lies within you.  You’ll leave with tools to ground when life feels chaotic, move when you feel stuck, and restore harmony from the inside out.

May this workshop be a safe space for you to soften into what is shifting and embrace change with self compassion and curiosity.

TWYLA GINGRICH

As owner of Samya Yoga Healing, Twyla has been supporting women on their healing and growth journey for 20 years as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Addiction Counselor, and Experienced Yoga and Meditation teacher. Her title of Mind Coach allows her to support women who are stuck in emotional reactions to let go, find their voice, and move through conflict confidently.

Twyla's natural tendency to support others and build positive communities began at a young age. She learned quickly that in order to do this work effectively, she has to ‘walk the walk’ every day. Knowing the struggles within the process of self-development first hand is one of her strengths. There is no greater joy for Twyla than to witness the transformation of women stepping into their power.

She is grateful for the path of Yoga and the gracious wisdom of her teacher, Prasad Rangnekar.
